Great company from initial sale to scheduling to install. Pretty complicated job and they handled it like pros installing two separate zones; radiant basement floor heat & upstairs baseboards. Combi unit is so efficient and runs quietly. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely amazing company. I have used them for all my HVAC needs. No matter who I have talked to from the company from the receptionist to the technicians, they have all been professional, understanding, and thorough with their explanations and their work. They helped me in a huge way and I will never be able to thank them enough. They are the only HVAC company I will use or recommend.

Paid 345 dollars for them to come service a radiant heating system. They came, looked at the unit and said it was working. They never checked all 3 zones in the house we're working. We called to let them know that zone 2 still hadnt kicked in and asked them to come back out. They refuse a refund, or re service, when they didnt do the job, i paid them to get it running. Wasnt fully running when they left we let them know and theyre refusing to make it right.

Do not use this company. The previous owners were accommodating and prompt, the current are surly and obnoxious not to mention incompetent. You have been warned.

These people have helped us out a couple times now and the professionalism and personality that they show is incredible. Highly recommended. The lady who answers the phone is super friendly and seems to make it a priority if your from out of town and need help with your cabin or second home. Long live the Northern hospitality.

I had this group out on two different occasions to my home to fix the boiler. The first time, they didn’t really find the problem, but made assumptions about what it was. Then told me it was good to go. A month later after a few weeks of the boiler turning off rapidly nonstop, I called them back. They charged me a travel fee to come back, an additional $1400 for parts, and another travel fee to come back again because they didn’t have some parts in stock or on hand at all. I guess I’m being charged for lack of preparation, and inability for them to diagnose the problem the first time properly. Over $250 in travel fees on the second round of coming? Maybe my new job should be driving for the company because this was not cool. Disappointing how the cost of everything was never communicated as well. I definitely could’ve gone The spring without boiler heat. I would not recommend nor will I be using them again.

I’ve been with these folks ever since 2008 thru all the years they’ve been fantastic. I very much appreciate Barb, Brian, Kyle, and the installers that put in the new furnace. Sorry I can’t remember their names. Thru all the weird hours I ve called leaving their families and warm beds in the middle of the night, holidays and who knows what else makes me think there should be a day set aside in recognition for all HVAC servicemen. They are truly special.

Thermocouple went out overnight, of course. And it is super cold, of course. Called the shop, less than 30 minutes later, we have heat! ♥️♥️♥️

Last week our cabin furnace failed and Chad the technician came out immediately to fix it. It’s still going strong! Thank you so much for your immediate response and honest service! We will be customers for life and recommend you to every one we know!
